The RC Compound

Leadership

Chris Larson

CEO & Co-founder

Chris is CEO and co-founder of BCM LLC which own The RC Compound and Print Habit. He leads the business platforms, automation, and digital infrastructure powering both The RC Compound and Print Habit which serves as the RC Compounds Promotional Products Division. The website, the AI-assisted content engine, the inventory and warehouse management system, and the print-shop quoting and fulfillment platform — everything that runs at scale on the operations side sits on infrastructure he architects.

He founded PrintHabit in 2020, building a custom-manufacturing operation that helps racing teams, small businesses, and corporate clients stand out with fast-turnaround custom merch, signage, and promotional products. As part of the 2026 merger with The RC Compound, PrintHabit's capability — equipment, processes, and customer base — consolidates under the BCM LLC and the RC Compound brand as the Promotional Products Division. Print and racing now share the same Iowa facility, the same operations team, and the same digital platform.

Before founding Print Habit, Chris spent 16 years in enterprise technology leadership at Barclays, most recently as Vice President of Solutions Delivery — leading network architecture, automation programs, and the production-critical infrastructure that ran one of the world's top-10 banks across regulated, multi-region environments. His Barclays tenure followed two decades as a principal consultant on programs for Merrill Lynch, the U.S. Department of Justice, USAID, the U.S. Navy, Exelon Energy's Smart Grid, and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. Chris is a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) — the industry's top-tier networking credential — a Project Management Professional (PMP), and the published author of *Building Cisco Remote Access Networks*. He also holds an MBA from Woolfe University, London, with a specialization in startups and entrepreneurship.

That combination — three decades of enterprise operations discipline, formal training in startup strategy and entrepreneurship, and hands-on small-business foundling — is what Chris brings to BCM LLC. For partners and distributors evaluating the company, it means systems that scale, processes that don't break, and a digital footprint that matches the seriousness of the brands The RC Compound and Print Habit represents.
