Show up
Walk in. Cars are charged, transponders programmed, the announcer has every name. Driver-stand briefing runs 5 minutes.

Race
Heat sheets, marshal flags, restart calls, last-lap drama. Every racer gets timed laps. Lead changes go on the PA.

Walk out as a champion
Trophy stand, podium photo, full highlight reel posted to your group within 48 hours.

How long does an event run?
Birthday parties are a 2-hour slot. Corporate and family events range from a half-day (3 hr) to a full day (6 hr). The schedule scales with headcount — more racers means more heats. We size it for you.
What’s the minimum group size?
Eight racers minimum to run a real bracket. Below that, the field is too small to make a podium feel earned. If your group is smaller, ask us about combining with another small group on the same day.
What about food and drinks?
You can bring your own (cake, snacks, soft drinks) — driver-stand has a dedicated cake/food table. For corporate events we partner with local BBQ + pizza for catering, or you can hire your own. Adult beverages welcome at private 21+ events; we’ll discuss bar service options when you book.
Are there age limits?
Drivers age 7 and up. Younger kids can ride along on the driver stand and watch — they often catch the bug and ask to come back. No upper limit; we’ve had grandparents podium.
Can we bring our own cars?
For private events, no — we run rental fleets so the cars are matched and the field is fair. (Bring-your-own-car is for our regular race weekends, not private events.) Trust us, it’s better when nobody has a faster car.
Trophies, prizes, parting gifts?
Podium trophies (1st / 2nd / 3rd) come standard. Custom team-medals and branded swag available for corporate events. Birthday-kid gets the perpetual "first-podium" photo printed on site.
When do we get the photos and video?
Same-day candid photos shared within 4 hours via private gallery link. Edited highlight reel within 48 hours. Raw footage available on request.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Saturdays book out 4–6 weeks ahead during race season. Weekday slots usually 1–2 weeks. Big corporate events (32+ racers) need at least 3 weeks lead time so we can stage the rental fleet.
