Leadership
Brad Horsch
Chairman & Founder
Brad is Chairman and co-founder of BCM LLC which owns both RC Compound and Print Habit. He leads operations, business development, and the company's facility footprint in Dallas Center, Iowa. He brings more than three decades of entrepreneurship and business owner operating experience to the BCM LLC leadership team — including national executive roles scaling regional service brands to multi-million-dollar revenue before returning to Iowa to build his own portfolio.
Brad grew up around family in various trades and positions. His own career began in Des Moines as an HVAC service technician where he began a journey of learning that business inside and out. He started his own Iowa company, 24/7 Heating and Cooling, before relocating to Phoenix in 2008 to join ARS/Goettl Air Conditioning as Operations Manager — growing demand service and maintenance sales by 87 percent and helping build Goettl into one of the leading service locations nationwide. The branch earned the 2010 Better Business Bureau Ethics Award of Arizona. Later in 2010 Brad was promoted to General Manager of Beutler Air Conditioning in Sacramento, where he led a team of 47 service technicians as top local executive.
He brought that scale-the-operation discipline back to Iowa to build three established contractor companies from the ground up: Total Comfort Group (HVAC, plumbing, and drain services, founded 2017), Des Moines Excavating LLC (residential and commercial site work, under-concrete sewer, septic systems, and water-line services, founded 2017), and Zippy Drain LLC (drainage and hydro-jetting, founded 2018). Together the companies serve the Des Moines metro from a shared Dallas Center campus, with Des Moines Excavating ranked in the top 5% of Iowa licensed contractors by BuildZoom across more than 660 permitted projects.
Beyond his contractor businesses, Brad is developing the 20-acre commercial property in Dallas Center that houses BCM and the RC Compound and PRint Habit facilities — the new building, the tracks, and the integrated print and racing operations central to the 2026 launch. BCM's footprint, infrastructure, and on-site service capability sit on land Brad owns and operates through the BRH Holdings company.
For partners and distributors evaluating BCM, Print Habit, or The RC Compound, Brad represents the operational and physical foundation of the company. The events, retail, racing, and promotional-products operations don't run as a venture experimenting in rented space — they run on Brad's ground, anchored by Brad's businesses, with Brad's network of Iowa trades behind them.
