Assumption of Risk

Radio-control racing at the RC Compound involves inherent risks, including but not limited to collision with moving vehicles, loss of control, and equipment failure. By signing this waiver you acknowledge those risks and agree to participate at your own risk.

Release of Liability

You release RC Compound, its owners, employees, volunteers, and fellow competitors from any and all claims arising out of participation in events, practice sessions, or spectator activities at the facility.

Rules and Conduct

You agree to follow track rules, race-director decisions, and all posted safety guidance. Racers may be removed from the facility for unsafe driving, unsportsmanlike conduct, or tampering with timing equipment.

Minors

If the racer is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign this waiver on the racer’s behalf.

Media

You grant RC Compound a non-exclusive license to use photos and video captured on-site for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in facility media, notify staff on arrival.
